The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters inviting us for a dip every day. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

However, the room cleanliness was disappointing, with some minor maintenance issues that affected our comfort. The check-in process took longer than expected and felt disorganized.

I had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful beach and the delicious crepes at the beach bar. The outdoor pool and live entertainment were top-notch and perfect for relaxation. Just a tip, the drinks could use a little upgrade, but overall, I’d definitely come back!

staying at catalonia was a delight! the beach is excellent, perfect for lounging. our privileged deluxe room was great, and the terrace restaurant had stunning views. the guest services staff were friendly, and the entertainment team made our days so much fun. having a towel and cocktail at hand was a treat, too!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a nice outdoor swimming pool area that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the terrace restaurant offered stunning views during breakfast.

Reservations for the restaurants required a frustrating 48 hours in advance, and the mobile app for bookings felt complicated, especially for those not tech-savvy. The beach volleyball field is poorly constructed, leading to injuries due to its rocky surface, and the overall food quality across all dining options was disappointing, often undercooked or lacking in flavor, which left a sour taste in our experience. Additionally, room service for privileged guests was virtually non-existent. simple requests took far too long to fulfill, causing inconvenience during a time of need.

I loved how easily I could walk to stunning beaches, like Playa Dominicus, and the beautiful Cotubanama National Park, perfect for a weekend stroll and taking in the natural beauty all around. the staff was incredible and always went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, ensuring I had a memorable experience while I explored the area.

The beach was stunning with golden sands and turquoise waters. The pool area was fantastic, always finding space to relax. Loved that there were fresh cocktails made right at the bar! Enjoyed a fun evening show with great entertainment.
